Round 1 of landscape improvements are underway!
The Board approved the changes at the end of the October, but it seems like it has taken forever to actually implement them. The landscape company had people out ill, so it took them awhile before they could start. The changes on Sheffield and inside opposite the front gate look complete. Work has started on the area on Parfait.
Round 2 of the changes are still being worked out with the landscape company.
