The crew is finishing up the north side and should be starting on the south side soon. They will start at 3 Parfait. Work is still on target to be completed by the end of July.

I understand that EBMUD was to issue a $20,000 rebate to our HOA if the drip installation was completed by June 30. What is the status of that rebate since the installation is still being constructed.
Serpico should be watering the areas that are not being watered by the sprinkler system during this time. Many areas are suffering from thirst.
Serpico has asked EBMUD for and received an extension till July 31 for the rebate. BTW the rebate is in the form of a credit on the water bill.
We have asked Serpico to water distressed areas, but we could use some help identifying areas that need water. If you notice any specific areas that need water, please email Elyce and cc: blblandscape@gmail.com
