Thank you for your patience while Brittany Landing Bay converts to a drip irrigation system. Unfortunately, the installation is taking longer than anticipated. The lines are being re-laid in the grid pattern necessary to provide water to 100% of our trees and shrubs. The system should be fully operational by the end of June. After the system is verified that it is installed to the Manufacturer’s specifications, the exposed lines will be covered with mulch. If all goes according to plan, the mulch will be spread in July.
If you have any personal items such as pots, garbage cans, bikes, etc in the common area, please remove them by Monday, May 30th. All areas must be kept clear while the crew works so that the lines can be laid properly. The work is expected to be completed by June 30. Any personal items remaining in the common area after May 30th will be moved by the crew. Neither Serpico nor Brittany Landing Bay HOA will assume any liability for any damage or loss as a result of moving items.
All areas of the association should be irrigated once a week. However, until the system has been re-laid in all areas some places may not be receiving optimum amounts of water. Serpico is monitoring the landscape and will supplement water as necessary.
